Dear guests,
I want to be awarded a Michelin star - it has been always a dream, and "The Three Sisters" gives me this opportunity - says Executive Chef of the Bordoo, Tõnis Siigur.
It's not possible to achieve a Michelin star on your own, you need the whole team, starting with the owner and ending with the waiter, to desire it and work for it as hard as possible. And that is the way things are going on in my restaurant Bordoo. I've never had this opportunity before.
I will convert the Bordoo restaurant into the best place in Estonia for fresh and seasonal ingredients created on the highest culinary level.
The food is very important, but not less important are details, such as home made bread, butter and sweets. And we have to ensure the stability of the quality. I always stay in the kitchen until the last customer is gone. Otherwise you'll never get a Michelin star.
As The Three Sisters is known as the place for private events, I create new signature offers, discussed individually with our customers as well as develop our gourmet catering and home delivery services. Our service is certainly available in any place you desire. A private dinner in our famous Piano Suite, a Cocktail reception in our Angels room or a festive dinner in one of the historic places in town, the Three Sisters Catering Service is at your disposal.
